How often should I be coming for Reformer Pilates? It's expensive compared to other sports and activities.
Aim for at least 2-3 sessions per week to see tangible results. Of course, listen to your body and adjust your schedule accordingly. Consistency is key, but even occasional sessions can make a difference. Reformer Pilates may not be the cheapest alternative but you could choose to take a taxi, or hop on a Reformer and take your body on a journey to better health.
Is 50 mins enough for Reformer Pilates?
Our structured 50-minute session is designed to maximize your workout time, providing a focused and effective experience. Along with a small class size of 6, it creates a more intimate and focused learning environment. This allows for better communication between the instructor and students, reducing the risk of injuries and ensuring that everyone is practicing with proper form and alignment. We also understand the importance of preventing burnout among our instructors by providing them a 10 mins break between each lesson to hydrate and decompress.
I have old injuries and am not very flexible. Will Reformer Pilates help?
Absolutely! Reformer Pilates is a low-impact exercise that can be modified to accommodate various fitness levels and physical conditions, including injuries and limited flexibility.
Can I lose weight with just Reformer Pilates?
